Under the COOPY ENTERPRISES umbrella, we are looking at the McDonalds model of owning as much of the land and / or buildings that we utilise. This gives a sustainable and long term investment opportunity which in turn solidifies our aim of not being market dependent. This is another part of our revenue stream model and ensuring we are sustainable to continue the revenue share model with real world assets as well as diversifying our overall business interests.
During the development phase we have taken on 3 separate properties that are being used for rental purposes. We have another property that is confirmed to take on in November and we are continuing to add more to our portfolio (Please see the "Current Properties" tab to see the details).
