Judy

Judy has been in the real estate industry for 15 years.

During this time, Judy acquired below-market residential properties to expand her own personal rental portfolio and purchased commercial properties with the intent to repurpose them for mixed-use development. Her efforts in turn contributed to delivering hundreds of residential units for some of the UK's leading house builders.

She is a property expert and sourcer, adept at acquiring, delivering, and retaining assets as strategic investments.

Judy will lead the real estate division at COOPY ENTERPRISES. She will leverage her extensive network to acquire off-market deals, which we can either flip for short-term profit or integrate into our long-term strategy of ownership and rental.
